B Corp Month: It’s the people who make it possible.
At the end of the day, a business is only as good as the people behind it. At decent packaging, we’re part of a global movement that believes business should be a force for good. But you can’t do right by the planet if you aren't doing right by the humans living on it.
Achieving a B Corp score of 103.9 was about much more than just being a compostable packaging company. While we follow our ethos “everything we make we can unmake” by ensuring every product fits into a circular economy, a huge part of our high score is reflected in how we treat our team.
For us, that looks like a genuine work-life balance and an office where four-legged friends are always welcome. Between team lunches and our regular social events - often losing our voices at karaoke or battling it out at a pub quiz - everything we do is built on mutual respect at every level and creating an environment we actually enjoy being in.

When we say we’re a B Corp, it’s a commitment to our people at every part of our business. From the person who designed your packaging to the one who shipped it (and everyone in between), the people behind our products are at the heart of everything we do.
Most importantly? We’re having a great time doing it.
