Our standard returns policy allows for returns within 14 days for stock that is unopened and in re-sellable condition, no questions asked. A collection and restocking fee of £10 applies, plus £5 per carton.
Once we've received all the correct information from you, we’ll arrange a collection from your site using our courier partners, DPD.
Once the stock is returned to us, you’ll receive a credit via email, with the applicable fees deducted.
