Is there a change in delivery times?

Yes, but only slightly. As there is a heavy workload in our warehouse facility and with distancing restrictions, the normal processes take a little longer. So please bear in mind that we will do what we can to achieve next working day delivery but if you can order a day or two in advance - this will take the stress off our dispatch team during this period.


How are you delivering safely?

Our delivery drivers are doing contactless deliveries to ensure there is limited contact between themselves and our customers. The courier providers we use are adhering to strict social distancing rules and wearing protective equipment whenever possible.
